How to use this workbook

Your Workbook Guide

This is a guided self-reflection workbook, not a chart calculator. You enter the information from your existing Human Design, Astrology and Seasonal Transit reports, and the workbook helps you reflect on it and run small experiments in everyday life. Read this guide once, then return to it whenever you like.
You do not need to complete everything in one sitting. Move through the sections in any order, skip questions and return later. Your answers are saved automatically as you go.

Getting started

  1. Have your Personal Blueprint Bundle reports to hand: your Human Design chart, your Astrology (natal) chart and your Seasonal Transit Report.
  2. Use the navigation bar at the top of every page to move between sections. A small tick marks a section you have marked complete.
  3. Select your chart information from the dropdowns in My Human Design and My Astrology. The reflection questions change automatically based on what you select.
  4. Work through the reflection sections, save your answers, and use My Blueprint Summary to export or print your work whenever you are ready.

Saving your work & privacy

Your answers are saved automatically in your browser as you go. If you sign in with a free account, your workbook is also saved securely to your account so you can continue across devices. If you stay a guest, your work stays only in this browser and does not sync between devices.

You can clear your saved answers from your browser at any time using your browser's site data settings. Signing out does not delete your saved workbook. See the privacy notice for full details.

Nothing here is a medical, diagnostic or therapeutic tool. The reflections encourage self-awareness, curiosity and personal choice. If anything brings up something difficult, please reach out to someone you trust or a qualified professional.

A few tips

  • There are no right answers. Write freely and honestly, for yourself.
  • Skip anything that does not land and come back to it later. Your progress is tracked in the bar at the top.
  • The "Try This" experiments are small and practical. Choose one that feels manageable rather than trying to do everything at once.
  • Use the journal to capture thoughts that do not fit neatly into a section. The journal is the single place to revisit everything you have written.
